Before any assessment work starts, clients sign the Client Engagement & Performance Terms, Mutual Confidentiality Agreement (GR-NDA-v1.0) and pay the invoice in full.
A Commercial Viability Report (PDF) for guidance only — not financial, legal, tax, investment, planning or lending advice. Genesis Retail is not acting as a regulated financial adviser, valuer, surveyor, accountant or legal professional.
Projections are based on stated assumptions only. Actual trading depends primarily on operator performance and many factors outside Genesis Retail's control. The report is not a guarantee of turnover, profit, lending approval or commercial success.
Fees are non-refundable once Genesis Retail has materially commenced work and delivered the agreed report, save where Genesis Retail has failed to provide the Services substantially in accordance with the agreement.
Genesis Retail retains all ownership of its methodologies, prompts, calculations, scoring systems, report templates and know-how. Clients receive a limited licence to use the final PDF for their own business purposes and professional advisers in connection with the assessed transaction.
Any concern regarding the Services must be notified in writing within fourteen days of report delivery. Genesis Retail shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to consider and respond before any legal proceedings are commenced.
